Rates are per room per night, in BB, inclusive of VAT/hotel levy.

Check-in/check-out
Check-in: 12.00 noon / Check-out: 10.00 a.m.
Late check-out or day use after 10.00 a.m. can be arranged on request and depending on availability. The same applies to early check-in. Neither can be secured at the time of reservation. The only way to secure an early check-in or late check-out, particularly in High Season, is to book an extra night at the beginning or end of the stay.
Extra charge / Reductions
Infant 0 – 3 y/o: free (baby cot available on request – free of charge)
1 child sharing with 1 adult: full room rate
HB: $25 per person per day. FB: $40 per person perday. (HB meal plan includes breakfast and dinner. FB meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.) Meal plans are not commissionable.
Transfers
Available on request. Reservation required at least 24h before arrival. From/to airport, harbour, Stone Town 60min.): $60 per car, one way (max 4 pax per car). From other hotels or areas, rates on request.
